Warehouse Manager

Empresa del sector comercial en Alovera, Guadalajara

Reporting directly to the warehouse director, he/she will be responsible for all the warehouse operations management, organising and following all the activities according to the logistics needs in every moment:
- Goods in: coordinate and control the goods arrivals as well as the material introduction to the stock. He will also be responsible to review and improve the actual processes
- Returns: Manage the customer returns according to the company standards
- Goods out: Ensure the accomplishment of the service level agreements with our customers in daily deliveries, talking to the different transport agencies to prevent and solve all the possible problems that may interfere with normal deliveries.
- Coordinate and manage the different departments according to the workload and the company priorities
- Manage the people under his responsibility according to the company culture, communicating the objectives and the performance done, as well as the improving areas they should work on.
- Present the different reports and indicators to the warehouse direction as well as the Tech Data general management board of directors.

He/she must have a general warehouse vision and knowledge, with an extreme sense of urgency and a remarked focus in quality.

• Residir en Guadalajara
• BUP/COU
• 3 a 5 Años de experiencia

Se ofrece:

Salario: 30.000 - 36.000
Contrato: Temporal-Fijo
Duración: Pase a indefinido
Jornada: Completa

Se requiere:

We`re looking for a professional who has the following characteristics:
- At least2 years proven experience as a warehouse manager
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in big teams management
- Responsible and proactive with a remarked focus in quality.
- Flexible to change not only functions, but also work shift if necessary.

Se desea:

We`re looking for a person used to work under pressure, skilful with computers and indicators to manage the different reporting to be done used to take fast decisions and objectives oriented.

Someone used to manage people on the floor with good knowledge of warehouse flows and used to work in a warehouse.
