Key Responsibilities
- Align and cooperate with sales and product marketing teams and overall Category managers to develop, communicate & implement strategic channel marketing plans that fit with the Spanish market and product marketing direction and objectives.
- Develop, communicate & set in place unique and effective channel marketing strategies both on local and regional basis for all our products. Take part in the virtual Channel Marketing and Retail Services teams in the region (WE) align strategies, share ideas, develop best practice and demonstrate cost efficiencies - based on a common calendar and framework.
- Be part of the relevant strategic account v-teams. Develop, communicate & execute unique and effective channel marketing programs for Spain strategic accounts for all our products.
- Develop, implement and execute training programs for RSPs (retail sales persons) and manage our extended sales force (promoters and rack jobbers) in the subsidiaries
- Develop, implement and monitor Management Information Systems with retail sales, assortment and exhibition information coming from the point of sale
- Be the Spain company channel marketing point of contact for the WE Retail Services team and make sure the Spain needs are well presented in regional discussions and planning.
- Ensure all agreed channel marketing objectives are met within budget to maximum effect.
- Set up and deliver optimized production of POP and other marketing assets to drive cost and time efficiencies
- Willingness to take on specific additional responsibilities & projects during business peak periods

- 5 -7 years of relevant experience in the Consumer Electronics or Entertainment industry (i.e. movies, videogames, etc.)
- Retail channel, product marketing and retail execution experience required
- Prior experience developing and implementing training programs for sales forces required

- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and concisely
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects required
- Proven successful experience at developing efficient work plans for complex projects involving many groups and effectively implements and coordinates these plans. Excellent cross group collaboration skills.
