Storage Solutions manufacturer company 2.1. As Account Sales Manager, the candidate will devote his full professional activity to the Company and without having, however, the power and right to sign orders or contracts on behalf of the Company and in a way binding the latter, will particularly:
- To be responsible for growing company’s business in the assigned region and/or accounts.
· To meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quota assignments for the region.
· To manage product growth and product introductions at account level.
· To work independently, seeking opportunities to develop business with the channel partner and the end users.
· To work cross-organizationally with the Sales, Corporate and Channel Marketing, Systems Engineers, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Accounting and Tech Support.
The Company will be entitled to change the candidate duties in a way consistent with his qualification and with the needs of its own organization, always within the limits of applicable legislation.

- 10-15 years outside sales experience and 5-8 years of experience focused on storage solutions. Hunter profile in direct sales is a must.
- Candidate must be able to work effectively and with existing sales teams.
- Candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong written and oral communications skills, exemplary selling skills and good time management skills.
- Bachelor´s degree is preferred.
