Start-up Project Manager

The Start-up Project Manager is responsible for the management of all Transcom Worldwide expansion project plans (new site/s and/or developments, extension/s). The Start-up Project Management function ensures high level integration of all international departments adding value to the accomplishment of the related project/s. The Start-up Project Management function accepts full responsibility of ensuring project completion on time and to budget.

Responsibilities:

>> Project Management
¿ A clear understanding of the related business drivers.
¿ A clear goal statement including the all related project objectives.
¿ A high level understanding of the respective deliverables.
¿ Detailed project scope agreed by all stakeholders.
¿ Accurate schedule of events and respective event owners.
¿ Clear understanding of cost vs. budget and budget erosion documentation.
¿ Definition of project specific roles and responsibilities.
¿ Indication of the team composition.
¿ Clear performance measures and related results.
¿ Vendor relationship definitions.
¿ Vendor management plan/s.
¿ Procurement management plans.
¿ Status reporting.

>> Culture
¿ Reporting on the current objectives set for every member of the Start-up Team in line with TWW values and business goals.
¿ Report and drive onsite security and appropriate welfare and protection of employees.
¿ Live and develop morale with a high sense of loyalty to TWW.
¿ Report and manage motivational activities to both internal and external stakeholders.
¿ Report and proactively promote the Trans Vision objectives.

>> Organisation
¿ Own and take responsibility for business related project requirements and the respective planning thereof.
¿ Review client needs and ensure that client objectives are met through appropriate appointments and/or local organisational re-design (if appropriate).

  • 3 a 5 Años de experiencia

Se requiere:

To qualify for this role you must ¿

¿ Hold a university degree or equivalent higher qualification
¿ Have a proven and successful track record of effective leadership with Project Management responsibility in the CRM or a closely related industry
¿ Have high level negotiation skills
¿ Have Client Relations and/or Sales contact experience
¿ Have experience with P&L management and associated financial practices
¿ Have an ambassadorial presence
¿ Have excellent English skills
¿ Be highly flexible and able to travel (80 - 90+% of the time)
