Service Manager with French

Granite Services International is seeking talented, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to build successful relationships with our clients and employees.

Responsibilities will include:

- Work with clients to help facilitate their business needs and requests.
- Provide support to all levels of management and personnel.
- Manage field employees; including employee contracts, contract reviews, employee performance evaluations, identifying training and job assignment, mobilization of field employees, and addressing daily employee needs and requests.
- Manage sales and financial responsibilities such as inventory analysis, accounts receivable, invoice review, and Operating Plan targets.
- Partner with Recruiting team in hiring of prospective employees by interviewing candidates and assessing job qualifications.
- Works closely with clients to successfully accommodate all business needs.
- Oversee the mobilization/demobilization process for field employees.
- Maintain positive employee relations and resolve employee performance issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy of mobilization logistics in all databases.
Obtain complete job mobilization data, employee feedback, and weekly reports.
- Assist with HR issues, employee Safety issues, Time & Expense review/approval, company initiatives, and other office related activities.

Se requiere:

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in related field with minimum three to five years sales and project management experience.
- Experience in power generation or technical industry can be substituted for degree and/or sales & project management experience.
-Experience in gas turbines, steam turbines, gas engines, centrifugal compressors.
- Fluent English and French (who abstain not meet this requirement)
- Possess troubleshooting and problem solving .
- Exercise excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- At times, may require long hours to support the business structure.
- Travel may be required - dependent upon location and client.
- English , Spanish & French language are mandatory.
