International company specialized in the management of luxury retail stores with facilities in the main cities of Europe. Reporting to the Retail Director the main functions for this position are:
-Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned Brands, contact with store staff, store management and headquarters.
-In cooperation with the brands, create and communicate individual tailormade and consistent brand business plans.
-Day to day retail management of the facilities of the company (stock levels, pricing, ticketing, trading policies, etc.) ensuring a global view.
-Submit and oversee all budgets (brands sales forecast and Service Charge costs).
-Weekly follow up of sales trends reporting and providing the information to Retail Director.
-Close work with sales team and provide input on the company's product mix.
-Manage and lead the retail team. Develop a global view of the retail department.
-Daily management responsibilities.
-Attend and present retail management topics at monthly store manager meetings.
-Support new opening processes through ensuring correct unit handov

The candidate should demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in a national or international retail store management and the following skills:
-Strong retailing background gained in a combination of top brand (luxury) and department store environments (women and menswear).
-Strong management and leadership skills.
-Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
-Proven decision-making capability.
-Good analytical skills (global and down to detail).
-Very good personal presentation skills
-Excellent understanding of the fashion industry
-Excellent knowledge of the English language, computer literate, strong team play capability.
-French speaking is a plus
