Project manager pharma

Multinational pharmaceutical company - Responsible for the safe and on-time delivery of capital investment within budget and to pre-defined scope.
- Define scope, cost estimate, and schedule of such projects
- Develop the project execution strategy and project risk management strategy
- Prepare cost estimates and credit applications
- Prepare routine progress reports for management (incl. European Programs Office)
- Prepare and/or lead the preparation of user requirement specification documents
- Lead the specification of functional and technical requirements and support Procurement in negotiations with contractors and vendors
- Establish effective project cost (and hours) control via SAP
- Create purchase requisitions and process invoices
- Support in the preparation of operating and maintenance instructions and procedures within the realm of the project
- Prepare project "post-mortem" reviews
- Support site development planning

Se requiere:

- Master or diploma in pharmaceutical or related engineering studies (mechanical, chemical engineer)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations pertaining to operation and maintenance of machinery and facilities
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading projects in secondary pharmaceutical manufacture
- Insure a safe working environment, esp. during construction and installation phases
- Supervise construction and machine installation
- Organise and direct multi-disciplinary teams effectively towards the project goal
