Process / product planning specialist

Car manufacturer in Souther Germany is recruiting professionals for an important project in one of their factories TASKS:

- Planning, procuring and implementing test equipment, jigs and lines for the assembly of bodies-in-white based on the process chain consisting of development, forming, body-in-white manufacture, and paint, for start-up of new models as well as for the series production planning of current models
- Actively participating in the body-in-white design development in terms of ensuring a manufacturing process that is well mastered and cost effective
- Appraising, assessing and acknowledging concept designs for products
- Incorporating strategic goals into the manufacturing process with regard to state-of-the-art technologies, innovations and the overall economic optimum
- Planning, procuring and implementing the manufacturing process at the respective production facility, while adhering to the objectives agreed in the project objectives plan as to deadline, quality, required floor space, investments and manufacturing costs
- Coordinating in-house and off-site teams involved

Se requiere:

QUALIFICATIONS:

* University degree (equivalent to the German Diplomingenieur) in engineering/automotive engineering/electrical engineering/manufacturing engineering/industrial engineering or otherwise acquired equivalent training
* Knowledge of joining processes in the field of alternative materials and steel
* Basic knowledge of the painted body-in-white process chain
* Basic knowledge of CATIA V5
* Advanced knowledge of PC applications and planning tools
* Srong ability to work in teams and to communicate
* Ability to address conflicts
* Proficient in English
* Creative while structured and analytical approach
* Organizational skills
* Ability to win recognition; dedication
* Willingness to travel extensively on a national and international level
