Are you a confident and assertive PA? Do you enjoy multi tasking and have an interest in learning more about "business life" in general? We have an opportunity for someone who has the energy and drive and can supply a proactive, efficient, professional and comprehensive secretarial, administrative and commercial support service to the Director. Duties for this varied role include organizing and supporting the Director on a daily basis and assisting with the day to day management and handling of various projects that fall under directorial responsibility. The candidate will have a strong administration background, be commercially aware and must have experience in project management. This position involves contact management at a high level, so we will be seeking excellent communication skills that are both confidential and diplomatic. Proven personal assistant and commercial skills are a must as is the ability to cope with the varying demands and priorities of this role.

Location: Marbella, Malaga
Salary: Up to Euro 30,000 (Strong Link between Qualifications, Performance & Pay)

Responsibilities and Tasks include:
a) Overall responsibility for secretarial and commercial support to the director, such as preparing letters and (financial) reports, client and supplier contact. Every day operational activities.
b) Arranging meetings, travel and accommodation.
c) Co-ordination of projects/activities across the company.
d) Support, update and maintain the computer system and database.
e) Opening and distribution of post, taking calls and handling queries.
i) Proactively support the director in all his activities.
j) Administration support for monthly company accounts.

Se ofrece:

Salario: 24.000 - 30.000

Comisiones/incentivos: start salary max. 24,000 Bruto. Increase after proven suitability.

Se requiere:

All Candidates must:
a) Have at least 4 years secretarial / PA experience. Higher Education. Work Experience in a International Environment. Native speakers in Spanish and English and preferably DUTCH. Proven track record! Drivers Licence, Own Car.
b) Have experience of working in an admin focused role where you have a variety of demands to prioritise. Be flexible and adaptable, able to work alone and in a team.
c) Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, and be able to work accurately at speed.
d) Strong IT literacy (especially in Word, Powerpoint Outlook and Excel) as well as accurate and efficient keyboard skills. (at least 40-50 words per minute)
e) Enjoy being challenged and utilizing your organisational and commercial skills.
f) You will need to be very assertive, proactive and able to interact with excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

Se desea:

Native in English, Spanish and preferably in Dutch is a MUST!
Non smoker, own car.
Available for travel.
Proven track record.
