Operations director

Uk based Company. Leader in the fitness Industry. - Principal responsiblities include pre-opening recruitment and marketing for new sites, general HR / management for open sites (suppliers e.g. cleaners, staff x2 members per gym), specific central projects with respect to marketing / website / IT.
- Must have high level of IT literacy, ideally having being involved managing IT/website providers previously.
- Recruitment of gym managers, assistant managers and personal trainers
- Oversee pre-launch marketing
- Interaction with development director on snagging post opening (e.g. fittings, fixtures, additional equipment)
- Management of key suppliers, eg cleaners, equipment providers, security etc
- Development of operations KPI dashboard and completing in timely manner each month
- Must be able to travel

Salario: 60.000 - 72.000

Se requiere:

- The candidate should have a Bachelor Degree.
- At least 5 years as a Operations Director in a retail or leisure environment, high growth environment is highly preferable.
- Fluent English.
- Dynamic, with initiative, hands on, self starting, good with people.
