Operation manager

Importante Compañía Multinacional. The candidate will be integrated into a dynamic team where the good working atmosphere and the effort to achieve the objectives of the group are valued. Within a periodnot less than two years the candidate will assume all the responsibility for the Power Plant operation.

RESPONSABILITY:
- Oversee the Power Plant operation, ensuring the safety and reliability of the day to day activities.
- Monitor the operation and maintenance contractor in day-to-day operation.
- Develop in collaboration with the contractor the daily production forecast and the operation strategy.
- Analyze the Maintenance and Operation failures, reporting the causes and proposals for the operation improvement.
- Analyze the daily operation and suggest improvements in order to reduceoperational costas well as to improve the plant efficiency.

Se requiere:

- Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree.
- Minimum 2 years in process plants with continuous operation, chemical industry, solar thermal power plant or combined cycle in positions of responsibility in accordance with the offer or working as a process engineer.
- Knowledge of process simulation tools shall be assessed.
- High level of english
