International leader closures supplier to soft drinks. Depending on the General Manager and Europe Lead Team Members de candidate will be responsibel for:
- Develop short and long term strategic business plans for all new target growth initiatives for the non carbonated beverage market in Europe
- Develop annual business and marketing plans for the none carbonated business market in Europe.
- Evaluate business opportunity, strategic impact, and financial contribution for all new product/service opportunities - preprare business cases for management review and approval.
- Manage key none carbonate business programs and product delivery to meet the company value proposition and business objectives
- Track and analyze non carbonate beverage product line performance, including sales, quality, customer satisfaction, business impact, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of leading competitor programs, products and services in these new markets and develop strategies to win against these competitors in the non carbonated beverage market.

Must have a high level of financial acumen - must be able to analyze, interpret, and act on raw financial data, as well as create and edit financial models to evaluate different business scenarios.
