Key account manager general

Operador de Telecomunicaciones * Identify the client’s potential and qualifying accounts from its existing and future plans and strategies.
* Collect and analyzing market information and analyze marketing proposals.
* Plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention.
* Drive the sales process through developing and maintaining key relationships.
* Continuously monitor the market situation and activities of competitors
Manage and develop existing revenue streams.
* Continuously hunt for new opportunities within defined client/sector
Build up and maintain close relationship with key customers, esp. the key decision makers of these customers.
* Build up an effective sales team and share leads & information with internal technical and delivery teams.
* Work with the management team to define, develop and improve corporate positioning within the market.

Se requiere:

- Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
- Strong profile in telecom account management, at least 5 years experience in managing key accounts and proven record of sales success within the telecom field.
- Excellent net worker, experienced in – or capable of – accessing and working with top management of targeted customers, including its HQ and the affiliates in the region/country and good understanding of the local telecom industry.
- Relevant technical knowledge is an advantage, but not a condition. - This could be in customer premises equipment, and/or infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills
Action oriented, results driven, aggressive and persistent.
- Proficient in English.
