Interim - marketing manager

Multinacinal lider sector gran consumo. IMPORTANTE: Proyecto de duración determinada. 6 meses This role is in charge of building strategic plan for H&W market together with the Category team and ensure the effective execution of all its elements.

Reporting to the Marketing Business Director, Spain, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership, team management, motivation and development in order to drive marketing excellence through the team.
In a challenged market situation, the candidate will liaise with the in-country sales team to ensure trade spend plans and pricing strategies are implemented, monitoring the day-to-day financial within the approved P&L budget and ensuring the effective business delivery.
As a key interface between other cross functional teams, your role is to ensure business results by leveraging all marketing mix elements, including brand equity.
