Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the main purpose of the role is to contribute to grow the advertisers base through new business activities, starting from contact potential prospects up to manage all the administrative tasks in order to finalize the contracts and the placement online of the customer's campaign.
Key tasks would be:-
- Contact potential customers through phone or email, introducing he company, understanding customer needs and making economic offers/proposals (70% of the working day)
- Prepare all the pre-sales relevant documents/forms in order to initiate credit application/approval for the potential customer and follow up with finance department (10% of the working day)
- Prepare and follow up on material/database for technical implementation of new customers (10% of the working Day)
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by Sales Manager (10% of the working day)
