This role will ensure that the hardware repositories are maintained for the relevant accounts and that it is accurate ensuring any outstanding updates are resolved.
The primary objectives of the role are:
• Support the Service Managers in delivering an effective and efficient Asset Management service to accounts.
• Monitor / Police day to day asset management functions and ensure compliance with Asset Management procedures.
• Third party suppliers.
• Internal Lines of Service.
• Ensure processes for Moves, Additions, Changes and Disposals are in place and that the asset management system is updated.
• Metrics gathered on MACD / IMAC activity.
• Undertake random asset audits to test accuracy of information, based on agreed schedule.
• Perform root cause analysis on failures and ensure that AMI is corrected.
• Prepare reports for Service Managers.
• Health check Scorecard for Asset Management.
• Internal account requests.
• Requests from the client.
• Billing report.
• Participate in Asset Lifecycl

The Analyst should have exposure to the asset management processes
The Analyst must have good analytical skills and be comfortable with managing large volumes of data
Good experience with the standard Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Access
The Analyst will have a good educational background , however good experience in a business environment is of more significance.
