Factory controller

Industrial Company - Provide Factory Manager and the management team with relevant financial data and recommendations to support the control of the business and the decision-making process.
- Implementing in the factory tight budgetary control over spending, monthly financial statements (P&L and balance sheet) and KPIs.
- Communication of monthly financial results
- Driving the factory to the targeted performance
- Ensure instructions of Finance manual and Legal requirement are followed
- Review, prepare and co-ordinate capital investments
- In cooperation with Group Finance, Manufacturing Finance develop, implement and maintain transfer costs, factory P&Ls, KPIs and financial reporting according to group standards..
- Completes special projects as assigned.
- Develop the team.

Se requiere:

- University educated, preferably in economics or business administration
Preferred qualified accountant.
- Significant finance and controlling experience (minimum 3 years) gained in a manufacturing/production environment in international companies.
- Strong financial analysis and problem solving skills able to identify root causes and potential operational solutions.
- Strong English language skills.
