District manager con inglés

Multinational retail company, leading in accessories. The District Manager (DM) is responsible for the operational and sales management within the retail business in his/her district. His/her major key result districts are mainly: optimizing continuously the results of her/his district in accordance with the commercial policies of the company, personnel management of the SM's and development of the competences in her/his teams as well as implementing and ensuring the realisation of the corporate guidelines and procedures in his/her district.
The DM is asked to propose any kind of action regarding the obtainment of results.

Se requiere:

- Acceptance of full time position mandatory
- Completed commercial training or relevant study
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in retail
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Experience in personnel management and coaching
- Profound knowledge of MS Office
- Language skills: Country language near native (both written and oral), English fluent (both written and oral), ideally german language skills
