Reports to Campus Director the ideal candidate

- In consultation with the Campus Director, recruit Admissions Advisors as necessary to ensure staffing levels are adequate to meet student Admissions Advisor activities.
- Develop the team of Admissions Advisors through training, coaching, supporting and direct involvement to ensure the team has the skills and abilities to meet institutional and campus plans.
- Train and instruct all Admissions Advisors in strict accordance to the University's Admissions Advisors Training Program.
- Instruct and train all Admissions Advisors to develop techniques to obtain personally developed inquires and referrals in strict adherence with the University's Admissions Advisors Training Program.
- Ensure that the team utilizes and adheres to approved University student Admissions Advisors policies/formats, operates in a productive manner, and makes prompt and effective contact with inquiries and redirects unqualified candidates based on incompatibl

Se requiere:

- Minimum of Bachelor's degree required
- Fluency in English required; fluency in French, German, Spanish or other language(s) a plus.
- Prefer prior experience as a Director of Admissions, Senior/Lead Admissions Advisor or other similar role in the educational sector with a verifiable track record of recruiting, training, developing and managing other Admissions Advisors/representatives to achieve high performance.
- Goal oriented and highly ethical
- Outstanding time-management skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively with people from global, diverse cultures and different socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed to attend industry events or training.
- Willingness to participate in University-wide calls across global time zones or occasional non-social hours.
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude with the motivation,
