Multinacional company into the marketing and IT field. This is primarily a Business orientated role, with a primary function of ownership and management, on a day to day basis, of all Client data as it passes though the various Business applications & processes.
The role is required to act as the interface between Business Operations, Field Operations & IT , Sales, Marketing & Product (SMP) Teams and Central Operations for any changes to the day to day activity affecting all Client data.
KEY TASKS
- Have a basic understanding of the components for the core Siebel applications and the associated processes.
- Manage the processing of client data received on physical media.
- Play a major part in the testing of client interface/fulfillment files prior to launch.
- Liaise closely with Client Data team to ensure the correct movement of client data.
- Maintain correspondence templates for all local clients.
- Perform daily maintenance tasks which allow the smooth running of systems and prevent problems and from occurring.
