* Work with senior management to translate product requirements into detailed designs and take a leadership role in coding, development and unit-testing.
* Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and lead development.
* Provide technical guidance and resolve development issues with third-party developers and strategic partners.

Se requiere:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent and 4+ years of professional programming experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of software design concepts, such as object-oriented programming, common design patterns/algorithms and development lifecycles.
Highly desirable are the following:
- Demonstrated mastery of object-oriented software design and methodology.
- Broad and deep knowledge of modern programming and markup languages such as C#, VB.NET, Java, C/C++, xHTML, XML, XAML.
- Experience in developing high-traffic wireless or web based solutions.
- Detailed knowledge of SQL database design, implementation and performance optimization.
- Experience implementing modular client-server software with excellent understanding of component abstraction.
- Knowledge of XML/XSL, evolving W3C standards like SOAP, XML Schema, J2ME and J2EE.
