They are looking for Remedy Data Analysts to enhance its processes to implement the ITIL aligned BMC Remedy ITSM v7. This will require the analysis and transformation of a wide variety of data elements from existing systems into the new Service Management solution. The data analyst should be prepared to lead the investigation of the transformation, coordinate and perform the transformation of data and coordinate the collection of additional data required and not present in existing tools.

Se requiere:

Essential Skills:
- Good knowledge of BMC Remedy Suite (Specially Version 7)
- Strong ETL skills for data transformation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS, client server as well as web application architecture and design.
- Experience with 4GL tools (i.e. Cognos, Business Objects, Microsoft Reporting Services) preferred. Including training of end users on the use of reporting tools.
- Strong data reporting and analysis skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong SDLC capacity (Software Development Life Cycle). Desirable Skills - Ability to support end-users in the use of data cubes in high-end reporting tools (e.g. Cognos, Microsoft Reporting Services).
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment..
- Ability to provide detailed reports, mailing lists, and data extracts to project team.
- Service Management application experience
